How to schedule your free local pickup
1. Share your Orlando vehicle details

2. Choose a pickup day and time window
We’ll call or email to offer available pickup windows that fit your schedule. In central neighborhoods like Downtown Orlando, Milk District, and Colonialtown, we can often arrange faster pickups; for outlying spots such as St. Cloud or Clermont, we’ll coordinate routes to keep your wait as short as possible.
3. Prepare keys, title, and access
Before your tow driver arrives, remove personal items and have your keys and Florida title ready, if available. Make sure we know about any gate codes, guard shacks, HOA rules, or condo parking requirements, especially in tighter communities around MetroWest, Millenia, or Lake Nona Town Center.
